The company
MAR CONTROL was born in Vigo in 2018 as a new concept of advisory office aimed at seafood trade companies.
Founded by Julio Doamo, it uses all the experience accumulated in 15 years as a technical director in companies of this sector, to offer all those quality assurance services demanded by the relevant import / export market in Galicia, from a worldwide network of inspectors of quality control until the possibility of outsourcing all the tasks of the quality departments.

Lic. In Veterinary Medicine by the University of Santiago de Compostela
Since 2004, he directed quality departments of relevant vessel-owner companies and transformers of fishery products in Spain. In addition, he was the quality authority in the main associations of the sector . He deeply know the different links in the value chain of fish and has audited factories in the main origins of raw materials (Chile, Uruguay, Namibia, China, Thailand, Vietnam, USA and Europe). He understands quality management in a very practical way, focusing on what is really essential for organizations from the productive point of view and food security
